Eye Surgery Associates – Orange, is the largest provider of medical services in the greater Orange district. An extremely busy medical practice that specializes in all matters concerning eye health.
Diedre had recently purchased a brand-new LG on premise phone system from Telstra only 8 months prior to our visit. The whole process for them had been a ‘nightmare’ to quote her own words.
The system provided did not have basic features such as voicemail, standard ring assignment and night switch set up.
The customer service provided by Telstra to attempt to resolve their issues was extremely poor. Being a busy medical centre, this was grossly affecting their communication with their patients and other staff.
THE SOLUTION
Despite their system being virtually new, we were able to demonstrate our Panasonic PBX solution whilst on site and provide a pricing structure comparable with current costs.
Additionally, whilst on site, we contacted some of our clients in their area to provide an on the spot testimonial that assured our client of our industry leading customer service.
THE PAYOFF
Our technicians’ attended site and deployed the new Panasonic phone system to the required specification of the client.
Vigorous testing was conducted with the client for all features along with appropriate training.
The client was extremely satisfied as we were able to meet all her expectations on the same day of installation. Something that she was unable to achieve in over 8 months with Telstra!
